Requirements and Limitations

Cuemby Cloud Platform helps you deploy and manage a distributed cloud native application without the complex configurations and set up.

There are some requirements to use Cuemby Cloud Platform.

You must have your code archives in the code repository service provider. Currently, Cuemby Cloud Platform integrates with GitHub.

You will need to add a credit card to your account after the end of the free trial period (15 days) in order to continue service. Currently, we only accept credit cards as a method of payment.

Cuemby Cloud Platform has some limitations on what type of applications you can deploy. At this moment, Cuemby Cloud Platform supports:

Http services.

Containerized applications that have a Dockerfile at the root of the application.

Applications that are not containerized. Non-containerized repos must be written in Java, Golang, Javascript, and Python.

Cuemby Cloud Platform cannot deploy (as of now):

Databases and persistent projects.

Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) projects - Terraform and Pulumi support coming out in late 2024.

Cuemby Cloud Platform supports the following:

Environment variables can be added to your Application template and they can be encrypted.

Your own URL of your application that can be set up in your repository.

All your applications deployed using Cuemby Cloud Platform will receive a certificate.

Choose to deploy your applications in your public cloud or Cuemby hosted cloud (default). Currently we support AWS, Azure and GCP. You will need the Client ID and the Secret Key to integrate with your existing cloud provider account if you would like to use your own resources.
