When diagnosing general points, we look at the following technological elements:
Reviewing IT governance and management processes (e.g., software development, change control, configuration management) to ensure they are adequate.
Determining if the organization has the necessary IT resources and capabilities to provide adequate internal support and offerings.
Ensuring that any significant license, maintenance and/or warranty agreements are up-to-date and comply with the terms of the agreement.
