Setting Up an Organization & Project

In Cuemby Platform, an Organization serves as the main workspace where you can manage multiple Projects. Each organization has its own Users and Roles, allowing you to control how projects are managed and who has access to them.

Creating an Organization

1. Go to the Home Page

  • Log in to Cuemby Platform and navigate to the Home page.
  • Click on "Create Organization."

2. Fill in Organization Details

โ€

  • On the Create Organization page: ย 

Name: Enter a unique name for your organization.

Description: (Optional) Add a short description to help identify it.

Click "Create".

3. View Your Organization

โ€

  • Once created, you will be redirected to the Home Page, where youโ€™ll see your new Organization listed.
  • You can now start adding Projects inside this Organization.

Creating a Project

โ€

1. Select an Organization

โ€

  • Inside the Home Page, click on the Organization where you want to create a project.
  • Click "Create" .

2. Fill in Project Details

โ€

  • In the Create Project form: ย 
  • Name: Enter a project name, using lowercase and numbers. You canโ€™t use uppercase, spaces, dashes and special characters. ย 
  • Description: (Optional) Add a description for reference.
  • Click "Create".

3. Finalize

โ€

  • Your new project is now visible within the Organization!
