Company will provide Product Support to Customer via electronic mail on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through 5:00 pm in US Eastern time, with the exclusion of Federal Holidays (“Support Hours”).
Customer may initiate a helpdesk ticket during Support Hours by emailing email@example.com or through a web form in Cuemby Cloud Platform.
Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all Helpdesk tickets within three (3) business day.
For Customer seeking more comprehensive assistance, Company offers a dedicated support service that goes beyond the standard product support. Further details of this support service can be provided upon request.
